Why is this happening to me?

Can someone explain what is going on??...i am starting a business, since 2 weeks ago, and the money to start the business was to be cleared 2 weeks ago by the bank manager, i am not borrowing, it is money in someones account, and every single day, there is an excuse from the manager why we cant get the money. for a whole 2 weeks, and now today, when we can get going, the person who is suppose to be going to deall with the money, crashed his car. Now i see this unfolding right infront of my eyes everysingle day, all the problems and excuses. Can someone tell me what is going on??...It seems like it is some sort of supernatural force preventing me from suceeding, what is really going on?? please any help?
