4 year old 103 fever?

My 41/2 year old daughter has started fever 101 this afternoon and it reached to 103 she's been complaing that she's having chills so i covered her up warmly. At 3:00 pm i gave her advil and it worked till 5 hrs, now she's again having symptom she has a cough too also, she's feels so warm like when i touch her a warm steam blowing on me. Right now she's sleeping. What should i do should i take her to er when she wakes up or wait and give her advil again?
