I am looking for some advice on some short course on employment law.?

As I am going through some serious employment issues and dispute with my employer and being in a 'without prejudice' dialogue with them at the moment, I anticipate the matter may eventually end up in ET, in which case I wish to fight my own case myself given the fact that I won't be able to afford high solicitors and moreover, I myself would like to understand my case as it unfolds from the legal point of view in order to protect my rights. I would appreciate if you can suggest me any short course distant/online that may help me getting well equipped. Grateful in advance for the right good advice.
