Would it be weird if I mixed Christian figures with Pagan Gods in a story?

Sure, I know a girl who's a Christian Wiccan, and a guy who isn't religious but follows Christian, Buddhist and Pagan ideology, so if people in real life can believe in both, why can't both exist in a story?
