What condtion can u get from the cold ?

So. I live in ny n its really cold i havnt been dressin warmly latly my throat been feeling kinda stuff its hard to expain but i get this weird feelin i get really mild chest pain n my nose is dry my head slao hurt but dat can b from lack of sleep my throat feels soar n clogged wht may i have ?
