May 21st Rapture/Doomsday please answer?

okay ive asked a question about this before but now i have a follow up questions if the rapture isnt true and isnt going to happen why is Harold Camping so shure of himself? Why does he say he will watch the destruction unfold on TV? Why is he so shure if he knows it wont happen? but then again what if it does?
