What else should I do instead of softball?

Alright I have a bit of a problem. I play on a travel softball team and I'm going to quit after this summer season because I don't like my coach and have too many conflicts with it that he doesn't like - especially when I miss a practice to go and see my family in, for example, Massachusetts. I'm getting tired of it and I want to quit, but else can I do?! I know that this seems like a dumb question but I can't think of any other things that can keep me occupied. I love skiing but that isn't something that I can do as my main "hobby" if you will. In high school I really do want to play a sport, but - ugh. Once again I can't seem to get any sparks to what I should do. PLEASE help?!!
