International travel while on probation in TEXAS?

hi. i have a friend who was charged with felony for child endangering. she is a permanent resident and is supposed to be applying for her citizenship this july. she was given a 2 year probation and has been in good terms with it and is almost 1 year later. does anyone know when she can apply for early dismissal from probation? also, does anyone know if she can travel internationally during her probation? also, if she is granted early release from her probation, can she fly freely internationally? what if she gets an international invitation while still on probation...what are the consequences? does anyone also know if she can apply fro her citizenship while still on probation and if not, how sooner can she apply for it after probation time?
