I've told someone I fancy them. Now what?

I confessed to someone the other day that I really fancied them. They responded rather warmly, and were even quite pleased. But what do I do now? I don't want to seem obsessive and scare them away; yet, if I played it too cool, I wouldn't want them to think I wasn't interested...
